The staff here went above and beyond to assist with parking and were incredibly friendly, and the room was impeccably clean, with a cozy bed provided along with earplugs.

Favourable central location short walk to the shuttle service to-and-from the airport and the Burbank Airport and Train Station.

The room and the hotel are very nice, clean and comfortable.

We had a bad surprise in the morning when we found on the floor near the door a paper which said that we have to pay 16.50$for valet parking.We went to the front desk staff and showed our reservation which included free parking.The first lady said unwillingly that it will be o.k and the second lady gave us at least a paper to confirm that we don't have to pay but she was quite angry and not pleasant.

The hotel is clean and located in a nice building next to the airport and Burbank restaurants. The location is fantastic, with easy access to Warner Bros Studios. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms are well-maintained and spacious, with comfortable beds and ear plugs provided. The pool area is heated for guests' enjoyment.

I was stunned at the amenities. Things as simple as a posting of weather conditions a nd the welcome mat at the door that was personal. Congrats to whoever is in charge of those things. Thanks for the shuttle to the airport.

A good hotel close to the airport for early morning flights so as a visitor to south ca., I don't have to frog around in the insane traffic there.

Friendly staff who were very helpful and answered all our questions without any issues. Loved our comfy suite, especially the cozy bed and the fact that earplugs were provided 🛌.
