Family Friendly with Great Service

I liked how dog friendly the place was, Bella my puppy was always greeted by Naomi. The breakfast was fantastic too, with Daniel making sure everyone was taken care of, even on Christmas day.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but it was still worth it.

Megan at the front desk was incredibly sweet and memorable, providing excellent service. The white chocolate cranberry cookies were a delightful touch and the shuttle to Burbank Airport was super convenient!

The breakfast could definitely use improvement. while it was decent, the room experience had a few cleanliness issues like black hairs found on the bed.

the stay at hampton inn was great! the king room was nice and clean, and i loved the free breakfast options like eggs, bacon, and waffles. the outdoor pool was a nice touch too! the staff were super friendly and welcoming.

This hotel suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, fitness center, and heated swimming pool. On my first stay, the staff helped with directions to attractions, which I still remember. Great service every time!

I booked a room with two queen beds and a sofa bed, but upon arrival, I found only two queen beds. I had to search for an air bed to avoid having my daughter sleep on the floor, which cost an extra $130. To top it off, the pool was closed, leaving the kids disappointed and frustrated.
